a leafy challenge..

Last night over on docrafts, the spidery one challenged me to make a card using skeleton leaves, as i had some that i had never used. I used an elzybells image which i watercoloured with pencils. The paper was basic grey two scoops, which fits in with the challenge this week, i chose the colour scheme of pink and green. And then the layout i got from friday sketchers. Did a bit of doodling around the edges, and im very pleased with how this turned out!

Spoonful of sugar

Doodles - well i hope me doing the beep beep writing counts?! This is the 1st card i made using my new elzybells stamps that arrived last week. I coloured her with watercolour pencils, the paper is BG, the ribbon was off of a box of chocs and a few gems from my stash.

Cute card thurs, and friday sketchers

This card is for 2 challenges, the 1st being cute card thurs which was music or dance. The image is stamping bella and i was sent it by a friend on docrafts, not too sure who the papers are by, i coloured bella with watercolour pencils, and put a tiny little bit og glitter on the ruffles of her skirt, the ribbon was some that i bought at a craft show and the flowers are prima from the bitty bag. Spoonful of sugar challenge

Well heres my take on the sketch from spoonful of sugar. I quite like this card. I used papermania sweet nothings papers, as i hadnt used them for a while, and i really must use them more as they are lovely. Cherry tilda is coloured with my watercolour pencils. I got the image from incy on docrafts. Flowers are prima from the bitty bag, gems from my stash. And the word was done with my bug in a rug alphabet in my cuttlebug. xx

Friday sketchers and charizma cards

I used the layout from friday sketchers and the recipe from charizma cards. you had to use 3 papers, 2 flowers and a ribbon. I cant remember who the papers are by as i got them out of my scrap box, and the ribbon was free from a mag last year some time. I coloured tilda with my whispers pens. I got the tilda image from incy over on do crafts. xx

PennyBlack sat challenge

The challenge this week was love, i actually made this card yesterday, before the challenge was set, so it worked out quite well! This was an order from somebody at work. Im not sure what the name of the stamp is as i got in a swap, but its really cute. I used my nesties to do the circle and swiss dots embossing folder on the black strip, then i used my bug in a rug alphabet for the letters. x

it me in bulgaria walking my mum and dads dogs in a park in bulgaria when we went to see them last year. the little one is lucy or lulu, and the big one is bailey, or the bear as we call her. theyve got another little sausage dog called ziggy, but he was too little to come out for walks at that point.
